Things are getting wild in Tucson this weekend! Repticon, a recognized leader in hosting reptile and exotic animal expos throughout the Unites States, is coming back to Tucson with an exciting, family-friendly parade of exotic pets. Prepare yourself, for as the herp hobby grows in popularity, so does the experience of a quality expo!
The herpetology hobby continues to develop nationally, especially in the Southwest. Join hundreds of other herp hobbyists from the Southwest in a fun and exciting weekend filled with reptiles, amphibians, invertebrates, furry babies, and many other exotic creatures. Maybe it's time to get a new, less usual, pet.
Already got one? Then you can be sure to find anything and everything you need to create a perfect environment for him or her. Need some expert advice? Our vendors have that, too! And, they are always willing to share their knowledge. See, hear, and sometimes touch some of the less common pets.
Do you need something to enhance your pet's lifestyle? Among the offerings this weekend, you will find cages and other types of cages, habitats, toys, feeder insects and rodents, and a vast array of other items to make your pet's home the best it can be. Buy your feeders! Trick out your habitats! Meet new animals and learn wonderful stories and information about these creatures! Show your exotic pet some love!
To round out your adventure, seminars are held throughout both days of the event. Learn, learn, learn from experts in exotic animal care. Enjoy the chance to get up close and personal with some of your favorite critters.
Just in case you thought you were alone in your “weird pet” ownership, look around you while visiting the expo. You will be surprised at how many of your neighbors are also interested in more than just cats and dogs. Make new friends, share experiences of how you personally walk on the wild side. Guests are allowed to bring up to 2 personal pets to the show with them. We feel this adds to the overall excitement of the invent and creates an opportunity for more interactions with your friends and neighbors. (Animals brought by guests to the event must be in good health and under their control at all times.) So, if you've got a special pet, bring it along!
The doors open to the general public at 10 a.m. on Saturday, closing at 5 p.m. On Sunday, the show hours are 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. At the door, tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for child 5-12, and children under 5 are admitted free. VIP and advance tickets may be purchased from our website.
You don't want to miss a minute of this great weekend with animals that will delight you and your family. It's a show; it's a sale, and it's definitely family-friendly. So bring the kids and come on out!
